My over all experience at Second Chance was a success. I never felt so happy that i got my life back. The employees here made my success in healing faster than i expected. With positive vibes and good mentoring i was able to pull through my drug addiction. At first it was hard but once my medication increased to get to the point where i felt comfortable i was able to stay on that dose for awhile just to make sure i won't relapse. When i was at the stage where i felt comfortable i was able to decrease my medication.

My only negative feedback at this clinic was a front desk lady named Kim. What i noticed was when i was communicating with her she lacked with property etiquette which is a code of ethical behaviour which is pertaining to the practice or action among members of a profession in their dealing with each other. She came off rude and the tone of her voice was not always pleasant sounding. I disliked when i had to deal with her and i always felt i was on the edge with her. No patient should have to be stressed out when talking to the front desk people to sign you in or address information to you have questions about.
