Dr. Lambert is not only an amazingly knowledgeable and skilled physician, she is one of the most compassionate and kind doctors that I have had the privilege of seeing in my 44 years in Calgary. Three years of undiagnosed Parathyroid disease, failing health, brain fog, unexplained upper leg pains and a heart attack, Dr. Lambert not only correctly diagnosed my problem as Parathyroid disease caused by tumor or tumors on my Parathyroid glands in one visit, she was also the only doctor of numerous specialists who discovered that the excess calcium in my blood for years had also affected my brain.
Thank you for changing my life Dr. Lambert. Thank you for your kindness, skill and compassion after years of suffering, neglectful and arrogant treatment by another specialist. As much as I want to see you enjoy retirement, I don't want to lose you as a doctor. You are a rare and incredible physician, and professor. Alberta Healthcare desperately needs to ensure that many more doctors are trained to duplicate not just your medical skills but more importantly, your patience and bedside manner which appears to have lost its importance in the system.
